Building audiences through education

Learning to Watch through Cinema

This is an audiovisual educational program designed for students from primary and high schools that articulates curricular content with materials from Argentine cinema. We look to stimulate and expand thinking and the construction of a critical and historical perspective on audiovisual works.

A collective experience

Through a series of four classes, led by teachers specialized in the field, “Learning to Watch through Cinema” seeks to restore the collective experience of screening films for groups so that people can watch together. We propose to recover our cinema in order to see it with new eyes, to open ourselves to a way of thinking about the images that constitute our Argentine archive, our identity.

The screenings are accompanied by a booklet designed with simple and comprehensive activities.
