A frustrated Jewish wedding cameraman who feels rejection towards his family’s religion, falls in love with a klezmer musician and fakes the shooting of a documentary on this yiddish music style to spend time with her. This project ends up taking him on a journey from Buenos Aires through Eastern Europe in search of the lost klezmer melodies kept alive by the Romani who used to live with the Jews before the war.
